Elevated ALT and AST levels

I went to my doctor because I had visible blood in my urine. They did blood work and my ALT came back as 173 and my AST came back as 1074. I had recently started exercising 4 days prior to the test. The doctor requested I return the next day for an additional blood test. Those results came back as ALT 330 and AST 1705.  The hepatitis result was negative. I was also coming down with the flu that same day. My question is; could the elevated levels be attributed to the exercise and/or coming down with the flu? The levels seem to be excessively elevated compared to the norm.
