GROSS HEMATURIA AND RIGHT FLANK AND BACK PAIN FOR 8 MONTHS

I HAVE HAD GROSS HEMATURA, RIGHT BACK AND FLANK PAIN FOR 8 MONTHS; NO INFECTION WHEN URINE IS CULTURED; SOMETIMES IT FEELS BURNS FROM THE BLADDER AREA WHEN I URINATE AND WHILE I AM NOT URINATING, SOMETIMES THERE IS NO PAIN IN THE BLADDER AREA, BUT MOST ALL THE TIME I HAVE THE BACK AND FLANK PAIN, RIGHT SIDE, AND VISIBLY DARK URINE.
MY UROLOGIST SENT ME FOR ULTRASOUND, THERE WAS NO TUMORS OR MASSES, BUT WAS TOLD ULTRASOUND COULD MISS STONES.
I HAVE HAD IBS FOR 25 YEARS AND HAD MY GALLBLADDER REMOVED 8 YEARS AGO; HAVE GERD ALSO, I ONLY TAKE PRILOSEC.
HAS ANYONE HAD ANY OF THESE URO SYMTOMS, IF SO, ANY IDEAS WHAT MAY BE WRONG?
