Gastric Bypass and Anal Leakage

I am a gastric bypass patient, Nov 2005, and have had three back surgeries including a spinal fusion which left me with partial feeling on my right side, from my testical that wraps around to my right buttock and down my inner thigh. Lately I've been experiencing anal leakage. After going to the bathroom it seems I can't get completely clean. I use toilet paper and wet wipes but it seems I can wipe and wipe and there is always more there. At times I don't completely finish the bowel movement and have to go back later to clean up again. I assume its a combination of malabsorption due to gastric bypass and having partial feeling in that area. Is there any treatment that can help me?
