Gastritis and Kidney Stones
Three weeks a go I was diagnosed as having gastritis, yesterday I had a ultra sound scan which seems to have revealed a stone in my left kidney. I have pain in my left hand side in my chest and back as well as my groin and testicle. There is no blood in my urine or stool and my urine runs clear (not golden). I have also had pain around my belly button on all sides (top, bottom, left and right) which was originally why I was diagnosed with gastritis. Are the two linked? Can the Gastritis be caused by the kidney stones or vice versa? I am going to see a gastroenterologist in 6 days time, should I go sooner? Any advice would be most welcome. Many thanks. Lee.
