I have A knot in my stomach

I have been having stomach pains for about 3 months.I had blood work done,ct scan,x ray,colonoscopy and gastroenterology and doctors said all my results look normal.But i still have these pains now im losing weight and always hungry i get full quicker when i eat.Im 39 years old and excercise reguraly.
