I have hemorroids(hemorrhoids) due to anal sex

i am having sex with men for almost 3 years already. my *** normally bleeds after i have sex but after 2 days it will be gone. but now, my *** is still in pain everytime i take a poop. and its already 6 days past my last sex. and i have seen a flesh popped in my anus.

are there any home remedies for this?
