IMPN
My mother has a small IPMN in her pancreatic side branch. The doctor told her to follow up in 6 months with another MRI. I am concerned it is a maligant tumor. I would appreciate any information you can give me on IPMN and the risk of maligancy.

There is a wonderful fact sheet on this at the John Hopkins site that you may want to look at. I believe it will give you a hand in understanding what's going on: http://pathology.jhu.edu/pancreas/IPMN.php
