Inflamed intestines, constant pain, nausea after eating

I am a 16 year old female, who was hospitalized in March '09 for abdominal pains. I lost vision and was rushed to the hospital. There they took a cat scan and my intestines were inflamed and there was fluid where there shouldn't have been. I have since had terrible pain, an endoscopy, colonoscopy, another cat scan, a bowel series and no one can figure out what's wrong. I feel nauseous after eating anything and I get sharp pains daily. Does anyone have any idea what's wrong?( Chrone's disease was ruled out).

mmm whipples disease I think causes vision problems and stomach/GI issues.. did they check that out?  I'd ask about that..it's pretty rare.

Has your vision come back?  Only thing I can think of is food intolerances/celiac..leaky gut syndrom (syndrome) or ...mm..can't think of the word but it happens when food or waste leaks out to the gut and causes infection...but you could test for celiac.

I don't think gallbladder causes those types of symtoms (symptoms) (some) but did they ever do a HIDA scan or ultrasound of your gallbladder?  Are your liver/pancrease blood tests ok?

Did you ever do a barium xray of your small bowel?  Might be a stricture hidden somewhere in your small intestine..that would cause inflammation and possibly some of the symptoms you're having...

I dunno that's pretty scary..if it's stricture related i'd go on a low fiber diet.  The loss of vision is super scary and maybe ask about whipples disease..
