LOST 30

I HAVE LOST 30 POUNDS SINCE JULY. I HAD CT SCANS OF THE SINUSES, THE ABDOMEN AND THE PELVIS. THE SINUS SCAN SHOWED AN INFECTION, AND THE LIVER SCAN SHOWED A SPOT; SO I WENT IN FOR AN MRI OF THE LIVER AND THEY SAID IT'S ONLY AN HEMANGIOMA-NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. ALL MY BLOOD WORK HAS BEEN GOOD EXCEPT ONE THAT CAME BACK AS POSITIVE FOR VASCULITIS - BUT MY DOCTOR THINKS IT'S A FALSE POSITIVE. MY MAMMOGRAM IS NEGATIVE; MY PAP TEST IS NEGATIVE; MY CHEST X-RAY IS NEGATIVE. MY CHIEF COMPLAINTS ARE WEIGHT LOSS, EXTREME FATIGUE, AND PAIN IN THE LEFT SIDE OF MY BACK UNDER MY LEFT RIB CAGE. HELP!!!
