Lack of appetite and nausea

Hi
I was having nausea and lack of appetite for 4 months my doctor did several blood test including liver test wich was OK
I did also upper abdominal untrasound wich was fine too,I lost about 13 ponds in 2 months .
the last thing my doctor ordered was endoscopy . I wasdiagnosed with H Pylori and mild gastritis and acid reflux.
I used Biaxin and amoxicillin and omeprazole for 10 days. I gaind my weight back to normal.
But recently I experience the lack of appetite and nausia back again and i am starting to loose weght again.
What else should I do?
