Mild Eosinophil and lymphocyte infiltration in deodenum

I have been suffering from IBS and non ulcer dyspepsia for last 4 years. I under went (1) Endoscopy (2) Colonosocopy (3) Abdomen ultrasound (4) Barium meal follow up and all the results came negative.

Few days back I got biopsy of deodenum, the end report was normal. But there is a remark in the report that there is mild eosinophil and lymphoctye infiltration. Is this normal for someone having non ulcer dyspepsia? Has any one undergone deodenum biopsy and got such results?

Regards,
mayank
