No Beneficial E.Coli

No Beneficial E.Coli

My parasitology test cam back and I have no (no growth) beneficial Escherichia coli and no Mycology.
1) Mutaflor, the e.coli probiotic, is not available for sale in the US anymore.  Where can I find this?  Is there another way to introduce beneficial e.coli?
2) Is it a problem to have zero Mycology (which I think is yeast and fungus)?  Do I need to introduce some?
3)  How did this happen?  Did I kill off my beneficial e.coli somehow?

Thanks so much for taking the time to respond.  I really would like a full picture.

I would go to a healthfood place or GNC and look at their products.  I don't see that in the one I'm taking, but probiotics are extremely important and helpful.  I take one called Pro-Biotics acidophilus.
