Omoprazale and Parietal Ab

I came back with a positive Parietal Ab.  I also am not absorbing Vitamin B12 and D.  I have had H. Pylori in the past and have been on Omoprazale for about a year.  I know that Omoprazale can inhibit the absorption of B12, could it also be responsible for the positive Parietal?  I am suppose to be scoped at the end of the month.  I am wondering if this is necessary since we know that the Omoprazale blocks absorption.  I took a series of 4 B12 shots and my B level only went up 300 points.  Another thing going on is Autoimmune thyroditis.  I don't know if all these things are going hand in hand or if they are just being caught at the same time.....any thoughts?
