Pain in sternum & back

After experiencing a tight sternum & chest burning last week i was given an ECG- all clear & prescribed omeprazole.

However i am due to go back in a week but wondered if i could get some help from the Gastro Doctors.

My symptoms are,

Tight sternum
A spasm/sharp pain that shoots through to my back
A nagging ache between my shoulder blades
I stand up & burp & then i get bile in my mouth
I get a occasional burning in my throat
Chest twinges/chest random burning twinges



Its quite painful at times.....I would love someone to shed light on my symptoms.

I am 26 female a nurse on a bust trauma ward, eat healthily. BP etc good....no health problems.
