Pain near my bellybutton..

I'm 17 years old and recently i've been having a constant sharp pain to the right, just above my bellybutton. I went to the doctors and was told that he suspected it was a water infection, but if the pain was still there after a week to go back and would have an ultrasound to see what the pain might be. I took the tablets to get rid of the infection and after a week the pain was still there, i went back to the doctors and was seen by a different doctor who told me it was abdominal bruising and that it would heal over a couple of weeks. I still have the pain which occurs every few hours throughout the day. Does anybody have any idea of what the pain could be ? or what i should do?

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I have never heard of the term "water infection" so I'm not sure what your doctor means by that.  Abdominal bruising usually would have been caused by trauma of some sort, so I think that diagnosis is incorrect.  I would recommend that you ask to see a gastroenterologist ASAP to determine what is going wrong.  I would also recommend you have some simple tests, for example at least some blood tests.
