Pressure in neck and right ear

I had very bad constipation, didn't have a bowel movement for 5 days and didn't have an urge to go, but instead had pressure in my neck and right ear and numbness in my right arm, rapid heart beat and or hyperventilation.
Went to an eye, nose and throat doctor and had a scope put up my nose into my throat. He said , nothing wrong.
I had thought I might of had hiatal hernia.
Then made an appointment with a gastrologists,he sent for copies of my colonoscopy, checked my stomach and said I was fine and gave me a prescription for amitiza and told me to eat bran flakes sprinkled with bran buds and blueberries. I started the pills right away and that night was up all night with rapid heart beat and neck pressure. Took more pills the next day and did have a bowel movement, but was very sick.
Stopped the pills and have been taking bran and flaxseed. Haven't had much of an appetite, but am trying to get regulated.
What I really wanted to tell everyone is that maybe it could be an allergy to wheat. I have been eating wheat everything since being on Weight Watchers Food Plan.
Just can't figure it out since pressure in neck and ear seemed like allergy, but where  does colon and constipation come in.
