Stoles+yellow corn shaped thing

Dear Dr.

From past 4 - 5 mths i've been experiancing this unsual thing while i go to bathroom.

While i go out to get fresh... small yellow colour thing comes out along with my stoles. It's sometimes corn shaped & sometimes in the shape of rice. The size of the same is bit bigger than the corn(when corn shapped) & much larger than the rice (otherwise). But this doesn't comes out everytime.

I'm very scared as i really dont know why is this hapening & wht is dis... Pls suggest what it can be & wht's the reason for the same.
