Stomach Spasms

The sensation feels like  the way I am about to describe if: If you were to take a balloon filled with water in the shape of the stomach and pressed down on one side and held it there for 60seconds
When this happens I can't breath, I have to stretch my body out to try to untwist it, or loosen it.
I had a baby 11 months ago by Cesarean. It only happens on the right side inferior to the rib.

You might ask your doctor about it.  The gall bladder and liver are both on the upper right side of the abdomen.
