Stomach lining Thinning

I have had every test under the sun and I was told I have a hernia in my stomach so I went to a surgeon and had a cat scan of my stomach and pelvis and he told me that my stoamche lining was very thin and cant hold my stomach in. I love 13 months pregnant and feel bloated any time I eat anythind. I have had chronic consitpation which I was told is due to my disk stenosis and narrowing of my spine. The nerurologist said the nerves could be causing this. My question is why would my Lining be getting thinner and my belly pretude so bad.
