Tapeworm ?

I think I have/had a tapeworm infection. I never gain weight, and eat like a horse all the time. It never occured to me until I noticed what looked like a tapeworm in my feces. I figured that was the end of that, but did some research and found out that they regenerate themselves. I had another feces with a tapeworm a while after the first and became a little concerned. Even since the second one, I do not seem to be eating as much. So I am not sure whether it is regenerating, or if it is gone. Are there any signs that I can tell ?  Any treatment I can do myself ?

If you really do have tapeworms, you have to see a doctor for treatment.  If it's pinworms, there are over-the-counter remedies.  Either way, you have to see a doctor for proper diagnosis.  Here is a link with more info on tapeworm infection and treatment:
