Twitching in the chest area

Ive been having these twitches for the last 3.5 years. Before it would last for a few seconds and disappear now it dont stop for a week when it comes on and when it does it is constant, all day long!!. It can also be quite violent but no pain......I get them every 3-4 months and it is very scary and annoying..I have had all the cardiologist test and my heart is fine. My gp and neurologist said it is stress! My gp gave me vallium to take which i take only when it happens...I take magnesium regularly too. I just hope it goes away one day...Any one out there whos like me?
