Very scared..

I am a 22 year female. Currently attending college, with normal amounts of stress. I have been experiencing for a week now some bleeding and blood clots in my feces.l I have been researching online to see what the cause might be and it shows that bleeding is somewhat normal when passing feces, but the blood clot really freaked me out!! What might be the cause of this, and should I be worried?

id be worried too,,blood clot is when something bleeding for a reason,and trying to clot.
i hate to ask,and you dont have to say,but do you practice anal sex?,,,could be a tear,,,i take it its bright blood?
could be an internal hemoroid.
the clot thing is weard though.
