WHIPPLE PROCEDURE METHODS

Hello,

I am writing you hoping to get an answer from you in the upcoming days.
I have a close family member, male, 34 years old who has the Frantz tumor, or the papillary pseudo tumor of the head of the pancreas. We went to 2 doctors who advised us to do the Whipple procedure.

Question 1:
Both doctors gave me 2 options of the procedure of the same surgery. I checked this a bit on the internet and see that are at least 4 different methods for analysis of Whipple. What I am asking you please is which is most advantageous method for you?
I have attached a file with three methods I know of.
I would appreciate if you can refer to any method benefits disadvantages.

Question 2:
In addition, is the method Lfrskopia Whipple surgery (to prevent ugly scarring) recommended over the standard surgery of a 25cm cut of the belly?

Question 3:
How would one deal with scars after the surgery, to reduce their appearance and help to grow hair in the area?
