Weird Breathing Experience

Hello,

I've been diagnosed with Gerd - and have been treated for H Pylori over 2 months ago.

I've been experiencing intermittent shortness of breath (very small breaths) and tightening in my chest. This CAUSES the anxiety that i've been experiencing for about a year - not the other way around.

It's very debilitating at times and just when it seems i'm about to faint from weakness, my stomach will let out a VERY LOUD "ERRRRRURRRRRRRRR!!!!!!" noise, (no pain involved), and then i feel fine - business as usual. it just ***** that i don't know when or where this will strike.

My internal medicine Dr thinks my heart sounds fine and that I have GERD - could this be a symptom of GERD or Gastritis? or perhaps something worse - i don't want to get scoped at this point because there is no pain and there doesn't seem to be much I can do about GERD (or a hietal hernia anyway) - unless it could be stomach cancer - blood work is fine.

Could this be a symptom of stomach cancer?

Very frustrating - i hope someone can provide insight.

Thanks!
