abdomominal pain constipation tarry stool

I've had abdominal pain the last three months and is constant with constipation, cramping/tightness, and some gas.  The pain initially started on the lower left and now pretty much the whole abdominal area is affected.  My stool, has been alright till this week which came out black.  I'm scheduled for a colonoscopy and endoscopy in 2 weeks, but can't wait.

If your stool is currently tarry and black call your doc and give him/her the update. They may want to schedule the testing to be done earlier.
