belching,heartburns and shivering at d same time :/

hi! im an 18 year old student, and lately i've been belching way too much- unless i push my stomach i won't be able to burp properly, and when i do the burps are very painful and its like there s an echo in my stomach. lately i've been experiencing heartburn, especially when and after i belch. also, usually i start shivering when i start belching. have been belchin for the past hour and a half and it's like my 3rd time today. have been having them everyday lately. i do get paranoid easily and am hoping that it's nothing serious. as i said before, im a student, and as i do my never-ending assignments i eat a lot of junk like packets, lots of gum and drink lots of red bull. Am hoping that it could be diet related and tat its nothing horrible. thanks to my assignments i dont have time to go to my gp. any advice please? hopefully there's no reason to panic.
