can not eating cause diarrhea?

I've had very bad anxiety the past 3 days and have barely been able to eat but I've noticed some pretty bad diarrhea on tuesday and then again today. Could it be caused by not eating enough?

It is more likely that the anxiety itself caused diarrhea.  It is relatively common for anxiety to cause diarrhea which is a better explanation then the not eating.  I would say it is not something to worry about as long as you are getting enough to drink and getting enough electrolytes in your system (things like gatorade are good).  Also, in the future can you keep all your questions to one post so that we can remember your story better.
