diet for atrophic gastritis


I am 31 yrs old.In endoscopy test doc did biopsy and found out that i have a chronic gastritis which resulted in atrophic gastritis with the presence of focal interstial metaplasia.pls some body suggest What is diet or best food to it.

Typically the two main causes are due to either H. pylori infection or an autoimmune problem. If the cause is due to H. pylori, you need to be treated and following a GERD diet. There are numerous examples of GERD diets on the web. You can find a representative example at gicare.com.

In either case, find out what the cause is and the next steps you should take. Your doc should be able to recommend a diet, but at this point it might be more important to look at the cause of what caused the problem.
