do i have pancreatitis ?

my lipase test was elevated at 76 ( normal 13-63) i have abdominal swelling, abdominal dissention. diarrea (diarrhea) and loose stool. I've had these symptoms for 2 months. i did a self fliud wave test and i'm concluding i have pancreas ascties.
i have had this abdominal swelling for 5months. i'm a little concerned

I would be wary of diagnosing yourself on here or via Dr Google as that seems a relatively serious conclusion to embrace without a proper diagnosis by an experienced professional.

You should obviously see a GP or specialist.
