fresh blood on feces and anus

im 26 years old and before nociting that i had fresh blood in my feces or anus i experience constipation and fecal impaction the i experience lbm, afterwards i had on my underwear i thought i have my monthly period but it was not. so i check it when i have to pass thats when i notice that it was from my digestive i thought maybe the rectum was trauma due to the impacted feces, then again after some days i have bleeding now in my feces! now im alarm because its something internal, can you help me, im afraid that it might be polyps or something i just hope that its just a bacterial infection, someone told me that it might me aomeba but i was not experiencing vomiting nor fever. please help me what to do.

If you are experiencing any sort of rectal bleeding do seek medical advice and unless the doctor can absolutely reassure you that the cause is minor (such as anal fissure or haemorrhoids etc) then I suggest that you request a colonoscopy.
