gallbladder removal

hi, i had went to the doctor a couple of weeks ago for pain in my lower and upper right abdomen, they sent me for a sonagram showed that my gallbladder was full of gallstones, so then i had a hideascan done and it showed that my gallbladder was 0% not working at all, im just wondering if they are gonna be able to do the easy way surgery on me or have to cut me open to remove it? im scared to death go see the sergion in the morning, and dont know anything about it really. i would appriciate it if someone could give me some info on this pleaseeee. thanks so much.
