left upper abdominal ache and chest ache

Hi all, thought I would actually try this site and see if anyone has any suggestion. To cut along story short. Suddenly 5 months ago had shortness of breath and a nagging ache in my left upper stomach region (under my left ribcage)...in and out of emergency...no hx of anxiety, very healthy and then bang my life significantly changed...many symptoms but have now localized to...deep ache in upper left abdomen, deep ache in chest, also under left breast, ache in left shoulder and left jaw and vice like pressure in lower head, wheezing and my chest feels like someone is sitting on it..& spasm feeling in left ribcage...blood pressure within normal range heart rate around 60..I've had mri of neck and brain, c/scan of neck and brain, EEG EKG, ultrasound of abdomen and x-ray of chest, thoracic and lumbar ...ALL CAME BACK NORMAL...
I cant work as I get constant shortness of breath and discomfort where my chest gets a deep ache and my lungs feel like they are being squeezed...I have gone from the occasional attack weekly to a daily occurance.

I have been put on Celexia for the past 8 weeks and this hasn't helped...I was not put on it for anxiety or depression but to see if it could calm down the central nervous system..I also can't sleep and am on trazedone that only helps slightly...I am incredibly frustrated as although I am relieved that the tests have come back normal I am feeling quite ill....I have lost 15 pounds and am very concerned as I was in shape to start with...I get hungry frequently but get full very fast..also experiencing constipation an occasional burping that I dont usually experience...have tried a peptiacid and tums to see if possibly i have a acid relux or ulcer and this didn't help...ok sorry took longer than expected to explain....appreciate any advise as to what to do now...I am asking my doctor to send me to have an x-ray of my stomach and gi tract....cheers to you all

Maybe your gallbladder isn't working.  An ultrasound of the abdomen can show stones, but you'd need a HIDA scan to see if it's just stopped working.
