liver adenoma

I have recently been diagnosed with 2 liver adenomas or hyperplasias; one which is 6+ cm and pressing into my stomach.  I found out in Feb. that I had 2 liver tumors.  I had a cramp in my right lower abdomen that prompted an ultrasound by my primary care physician.  I then had the pain in my right rib cage, side and back.  I was sent for a nuclear test on gallbladder which revealed that my gall bladder was now dysfunctional and had to be removed.   I stil have pain in the right quadrant and have been told that I need to remove the one tumor next to my stomach.  I'm concerned about the surgery because there are so many blood vessels and an artery in this area and of course the surgeon claims it's a simple surgery.  I have alot of new pain in my chest, neck and collarbone area that no one seems to be able to explain.  I can hardly move sometimes at the end of the day and I get a tingling sensation in my right side and even on the right side of my face sometimes.   Has anyone else had these symptoms or had issues after surgery?    Myabe vacular problems?
