liver enzymes elevated

I recently had blood work done and was called to come back in for more blood work.I was told that more test had to be done what could be the problem?

Elevated liver enzymes can be indicative of a serious health problem with your liver. Common causes for liver disease are alcohol, obesity and Hepatitis. Often, when retested, results will return to normal (good news) and this is something your doctor will monitor.
