Normal PT (prothrombin time) is 11-13.5 seconds, so it is at upper border, or prolonged in your case.

Serum albumin normal range is 3.4 - 5.4 g/dL, so it looks normal in your case. In fatty liver albumin is often decreased.

You should start or continue with treating of fatty liver, which in your case (I guess) means weight loss (right?). About correcting PT speak with the doctor for appropriate drugs.
