pain in back

hi..i m 51 years male/70 KGS wt and in general good health..Offlate I have started feeling a pain in the back area-bums while sitting.
i feel as if I have only bones and no flesh in that area and it hurts both the sides. its like few nails have been pushed in both the bums. what is the reason? I have constipation so I feel burning sensation in rectum at time and pain in passing stools. is that related to the this? please guide.thanks
