pain on right side/cloudy urine and dark stool

I am 34 years old and started experiencing a pain on my right side about 6 weeks ago. It is hard to tell exactly where the pain is coming from but I think it is around or just below the ribs. The pain comes and goes, and it is more of an uncomfortable pain,not a sharp or unbearable one. Now the last 3 days or so my urine has been cloudy and my stool is very dark. I am wondering if all of these symptoms are somehow related and what causes them.
