I got my Gallbladder removed in April 08', had one stone in it,, thing caused horrible pain, glad they took it out, but shortly after I noticed I was experiencing the same pain as if I still had my gallstone
. It would come out of nowhere. My stomach would start to hurt a little and then a lot, seemed only pushing down on my stomach would make it less, then the pain would shoot to my chest making it hard to breath
, then down my spine where it was nearly impossible to move. I've had these pains for almost 3 years, a month ago my doctor said I have IBS and put me on powdered fiber, it does help out a lot but I am still getting the pain, sometimes when I am just hungry. The IBS explains the stomach pain but not the chest or back pain. Driving me nuts, hurts Badly. Last about 4 min. I heard IBS can cause muscle spasms
but not sure if that is it. Anyway after reading this, I am glad to know I am not alone with this type of pain and hopefully I'll figure out the back and stomach pain,,
