stomach

I was recently in Mexico for 1 week. I am not worried that I have swine flu. I have had diarrhea for a week, with mucus, and pressure. Now I have consitipation with mucus heartburn, headache and a mild back ache. I don't have a fever or any other symptoms. My stomach does not hurt, I am just wondering if I need to see a Dr. because I don't have health insurance. I am hoping this will go away on its own. I do not have any previous history of stomach issues. When I take immodium it goes away but I think thats why Im constipated today. When the immodium wears off it usually comes right back. What should I do?  Thank you.
