swollen abdomen

i had the stomach flu which lasted about 7 days the first 3 days i couldnt eat anything i had high fever and pain in my head, eyes and feet the fever lasted for 3 days i had 3 IV's and injections then after i had diarrhea for 3 days now i can eat but i have pain in my upper area of my abdomen and its been 2 days meaning its day 9 from the start and i have about 5 cm of extreme swelling in my abdomen area it subsides only slightly i am so swollen that i cant move and the skin on my abdomen feels stretched. is this normal what should i do is there any way to stop this and how long will it last if its a normal condition.

please help.

I'm so sorry you are suffering!  Wow, this has gone on for a really long time.  You said you have three IVs.  Were you in the hospital?  Did they diagnose you with influenza?  I'm not a doctor and I don't know much about medicine but this sure doesn't sound normal to me.  If you have extreme abdominal swelling to the extent that you can't move, isn't it time to get into the Emergency Room?
