very high liver enzymes

my mom was diagnosed with high liver enzymes (more than 10 fold). she is hepatitis a, b,c negative. she has fatty liver, not diabetic. the levels went up since last week and i am really worried what this could be. no diagnosis yet. please help.

I am in the same situation.  My ALT's are twice as high as they should be and the Hep test came back negative.  My doctor thought it was my gallbladder, but the ultrasound showed I don't even have a gallbladder (genetic ??)  I am going to see a gastro doc in Jan.  Has she had an ultrasound
