what to do about fatty liver?

Currently had a liver biopsy which revealed fatty infiltrates and iron deposits.  I have a chronic dull ache under my right rib area that at times radiates to my back.  Does fatty liver cause this?  My gallbladder as well as other organs are ok.  Other than diet and excercise is there any other way to help this?  And should I be worried about the  iron deposits?  ( I am having an iron serum level done next week)
