2 different readings

2 different readings


  when i take my bp. in left arm it is different from reading in right arm is this normal they are close but different
  also the pulse reading are different on left it says 64bpm
  on right arm says 61bpm are these readings normal or not
  please some one help scared that its abnormal

Thank you for your question. It is normal to have a small amount of variation <10mmHg difference between arms.  If there is more than this it may indicate a blockage in on of the arteries of the arm and you should have it checked in a doctors office with professional equipment.  The difference in pulse is probably just due to different heart rates when you checked.
