Your ECG report states that your heart rhythm is not only normal, but at normal rate. Voltage criteria for LVH states that it is possible that your heart muscle has hypertrophied (or enlarged) which is the case for a number of different conditions - such as high blood pressure.  The STE due to early repolarization can be a normal variant -- and unless is accompanied by other concerning symptoms, such as angina, is benign.
