Father has had 2 bypasses surgeries already, what's next?

My father (58) has had 2 bypass surgeries, the first one in 1980, with 2 bypasses, the last in 1989? (@ the cleveland clinic) with 5 bypasses (I think). It's getting close to that time again and I would like to now what can be done these days in heart surgery.
I just want my father to live a happy and long life..

Can other peoples arteries (leg) be used for bypasses? Me or Mother's leg arteries, can they be used?

Please help... any information will help.

Thank you for your time.

Dear Julie

We perform third time coronary artery bypass grafting in suitable patients. Of course, the risk is higher with each repeat bypass surgery. We use patients' own chest wall and arm arteries, and veins from their own legs. We do not use other people's arteries or veins. If there are no suitable arteries or veins left, we can consider other options such as high-risk angioplasty. If you want your father to be evaluated here, you can call the number below.

I hope this has been useful. I wish you the best of luck. Feel free to write back.
