Have not been the same for a year

I am 27 yrs of age. I have never had high blood pressure or any medical problems outside of the flu or a stomach virus. About a year ago I developed a really bad sore throat, chest pain, shortness of breath, headaches, and heart paps. I being a hypochondriac ran to the doctors.  My pcp did a strep test, which came back positive, and an EKG which showed a slight abnormality that she didn't like and sent me to the cardio for an eval. My blood pressure at the cardio that morning was 119/70 at a weight of 232. I had an treadmill stress test and an echo done that day. The cardiologists there told me that there was nothing out of place and suggested that I continue to exercise. My pcp got a copy of the results and said the same but, I didn't I was too afraid that something was wrong.

A few days later a suffered my first panic attack. It was the most frighting thing ever. My pcp placed my on drugs for anxiety. I have not suffered anymore panic attack but my chest pain remains. Its not tightness or crushing...it just hurts. It feeling more like inflammation.. My heart paps are still as they were but I have not felt any flops or skips or anything like that. If I did I'd probably have another panic attack and make things worse.  I've been noticing a tightness in my airway at rest and with moderate activity like vigorous yard word but, it hasn't or doesn't effect me from completing the task at hand.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on ? Does this make sense to anyone ?
