Heart blockage?

I woke up with a terrible pain in the neck, I would like to know if it is caused by blocked arteries, or a heart blockage?

It would be difficult to say without more information. However, your neck pain does not sound like typical pain caused by coronary artery disease or blocked arteries. Angina, or pain caused by blocked arteries, is typically a chest pressure, made worse with exertion, and is often relieved by rest. Chest pain can radiate to the neck, or down the arm, and can be associated with nausea, shortness of breath, and sweating. Of course, angina may not present in a typical manner, so the best course of action would be to see your physician. Although it sounds unlikely, only after a thorough history, physical exam, EKG, and review of your risk factors for coronary artery disease would your doctor be able to accurately determine if the neck pain your describe is related to your heart.
