High Mpv count

My platelet count is 160000, and Mpv 14, and RBC is 4.25, Hemoglobin 12.25.

Triglycerides  is 289,

I need to reduce the Mpv and Triglycerides  limit, plz suggest what to do?

Generally speaking, if someone has a normal platelet count (which you do) then we are not concerned with the MVP value. A triglyceride level must be taken fasting (no food/drink) for 6-8 hours to ensure that it is accurate. The first step to control a truly elevated triglyceride level is diet (limit alcohol and saturated fats).
