Low bit rate

Hi,
in the past three months I have had a strange feeling heart related.
At rest, I feel my heart clearly pulsing on the chest irregularly and
slowly. No pain.
After a blood test my doctor found that I was dehidrated.
Other than that my pulse was 55-60 per minute.
After a couple of weeks I went to a cardiologist that found my heart
in great shape. My pulse is still 60 per minute.
I smoke 4-8 sigarette per day, I have 2 coffes per day (for 15 years),
I am 30 and in good shape.
Do you have any idea what the problem could be, if any?
