Low coronary heart disease

I friend of my was told by her Dr. that she is at risk for low coronary heart disease. Can you please explain to us what exactly does that mean low coronary heart disease?

Dear JC:
I am not sure what is meant by being at risk for "low coronary heart disease."  Perhaps the doctor meant that your friend is at low risk for having coronary heart disease, implying that she is unlikely to develop clinically significant heart disease.  This is an important enough point that your friend should call her doctor and make sure she understands what was really said.
